A Major Flip and Upgrade from the 1920’s to the 2020’s

Our client wanted a light and bright kitchen, with plenty of space to move around and counterspace as well.

For the bathroom, we wanted it to flow with the rest of the house. The floor tile and the accent in the shower matches that of the laundry room, and is perfectly styled with the rounded mirror.

We completely renovated the kitchen and bathroom in this 1920’s home, redid all the electrical work, painted the whole house, and completed some other small renovations.

Together, we chose a neutral paint color for the house that could be tied in the kitchen through the countertops. The countertops also continue through the laundry room. The kitchen also features a small mini-fridge for easy access to the living room.

The paneling in the shower lightens up the bathroom and matches well with the chosen vanity.
